Counselling & Play Therapy |
The Social Workers, volunteers and socialwork trainees did regular counseling for the parents of the cancer-affected children at Institute for Child Health, Egmore.
The parents of those children were educated on cancer, its treatment procedures and motivated to adhere to the treatment plan. Play therapy was conducted for the children for recreation. Pediasure is being given to the children by the volunteers three days in a week to boost up their nutrition. |
